Rehabilitation Services

Our physical, occupational, and speech therapists help patients rebuild strength, develop functional mobility, and perform activities of daily living for a successful return home. These licensed professionals follow the most up-to-date, effective rehab technology and practices available.

Your therapy program will begin promptly after your arrival, with a full assessment, the creation of an individual therapy plan, and goal setting. No matter how long your stay is, our team of highly skilled professionals will help facilitate a return to the highest level of function possible.

We ask that you have comfortable clothes and supportive shoes to wear during therapy sessions. We also encourage family members to GET INVOLVED! Please join us to observe therapy sessions and receive training on how to help your loved one with the transition home.

We are always looking for feedback so we can continue to improve our program. We like to hear all feedback – both positive and negative. Please contact our Rehabilitation Director.

We look forward to exceeding your expectations!
